Admission is subject to seat availability and completion of the registration process.
Students/parents must provide accurate details during admission. Any false information may lead to cancellation of enrollment.
A student’s batch will be confirmed only after the first payment is received.

All fees must be paid in full as per the due date provided during enrollment.
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Late fee payments may attract a penalty or may result in temporary suspension from classes.

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Any form of misbehavior, disrespect, or disturbance in class (online or offline) may lead to warnings or termination of admission.
For online classes, students must keep their camera on (if required) and avoid distractions during sessions.

Study materials provided by Smart Bright Academy are for personal use only.
Sharing, copying, or distributing materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use of our content for commercial or personal gain is a violation of copyright.

Smart Bright Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any batch due to low enrollment or unavoidable circumstances.
Batch transfers may be allowed under specific cases, subject to seat availability and management approval.

Students must have a stable internet connection and proper device setup.
Recordings of online sessions (if provided) are for revision only and should not be shared.
Any form of online misbehavior or misuse of the platform will not be tolerated.

We expect students to maintain a respectful attitude towards faculty, staff, and fellow students.
Any form of bullying, cheating, or dishonesty will be dealt with strictly.
Smart Bright Academy reserves the right to suspend or expel students violating these terms.

All student information is kept confidential and used only for academic and communication purposes.
We never share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

While we strive to provide the best coaching, Smart Bright Academy is not liable for a student’s academic outcome, exam results, or external factors affecting learning progress.

Smart Bright Academy may update these terms at any time. Students and parents will be notified of any significant changes.

As part of our digital marketing strategy, Smart Bright Academy may use customer data such as name, phone number, email, and city to create custom and lookalike audiences in platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
This helps us show relevant promotions and updates to those interested in our services and reach similar users who may benefit from our academy.
We do NOT share or sell your personal data with any third-party companies.
All ad campaigns are run securely and responsibly, in compliance with the Google Ads & Meta Ads data policies.
